New bill to boost the securities market and promote local and foreign investment flows

Standing Committee on Economic Affairs has endorsed the legislative initiative aimed at promoting the securities market.

It proposes to exempt income tax on profit from bonds issued by private companies, exempt dividend tax on listed companies’ shares, and exempt VAT brokerage services.

The authors of the initiative are convinced that the bill will boost the securities market and promote local and foreign investment flows.
